ONE BREATH | ONE CLASS | ONE LIFETIME

After years of service and sacrifice, many veterans return home to a world that feels unfamiliar — and at times, unbearable. Founder Kristopher Pace, a 100% permanently and totally disabled U.S. Air Force veteran, knows that pain firsthand.

In this short video, Kris shares how yoga became his lifeline — helping him manage PTSD, reconnect with purpose, and find a way forward. What began as a personal journey has grown into a national mission to help other veterans heal, thrive, and reclaim their lives.

Vets2Yoga is more than a wellness program — it’s a movement to end veteran suicide through connection, community, and conscious healing. Whether you're a veteran seeking support, a loved one trying to help, or a citizen ready to make a difference — you belong here.

CURRENT PROJECTS

OUR CORE PILLARS

Healing the Whole Warrior

We believe true healing goes beyond the physical. Our programs support the full spectrum of veteran wellness — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. From trauma-informed yoga and breathwork to life coaching and holistic therapies, we meet veterans where they are and guide them forward.

Community is the Cure

Isolation fuels suffering; connection creates change. Whether it’s through in-person classes, online programs, events, or retreats, we foster safe, supportive spaces where veterans and their families can heal, grow, and thrive — together.

Empowerment through Purpose

We’re here to remind every veteran that they are more than their pain or past. Through education, coaching, and skill-building, we help veterans rediscover their identity, purpose, and power — equipping them to lead, serve, and inspire in life beyond service.

Hope in Action

We turn compassion into impact. Every donation, class, app, village, and conversation is a step toward ending the veteran suicide epidemic. We don’t wait for change — we build it, breath by breath, one warrior at a time.
